RSS is the only hauler authorized to collect waste and recyclables in the cities of Richmond, San Pablo, Hercules, and Pinole, and unincorporated West Contra Costa County, Rodeo and Crockett.  Debris boxes (10-40 yards) are available on 3-day rentals for minor household remodeling done by the homeowner, landscape projects, site clean-up or other projects.
